The hotel staff were very helpful. They assisted with directions and local recommendations. We stayed in a spacious room of 65 square meters. The room included a fridge, microwave, toaster, and silverware, very convenient for our family. I found the breakfast generous with good variety for the whole family.

The hallways were a bit dark. Better lighting could improve the overall ambiance.

Reception was efficient with check-in and check-out. Staff quickly helped with our luggage. They spoke English fluently, allowing easy communication. I found the staff very willing to assist with all our needs.
